RN Registered Nurse Supervisor
About the role
Serve as a clinical resource and leader for direct care staff throughout your shift.
Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing coordination and daily operations.
Provide direct patient care when necessary or assigned.
Ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality of care standards are maintained at all times.
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment across all departments.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania — no exceptions
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitative care setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to lead calmly under pressure
- Strongly Preferred: Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in LTC or SNF setting
Familiarity with MDS, care planning, and regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing environment
Ability to serve as a stable, consistent presence for staff and residents

Schedule
Active Full Time or PRN positions available: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Qualifications
