Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of registered nurses in long-term care settings
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Train and mentor new nursing staff
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives
Qualifications
- NY RN License
- Experience as an RN Supervisor in long-term care settings
- Ability to adapt and take on all responsibilities of the RN role
