About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care at a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
• Providing support and fostering a compassionate environment for residents and families
• Answering questions and communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
• Monitoring confidential information to ensure resident trust
• Managing documentation of resident care services
• Promoting teamwork among healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
