About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care and staff in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
• Providing compassionate support to residents and families
• Responding to resident and staff inquiries with clear information
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing regulations
• Handling confidential resident information to ensure trust
• Managing documentation of care services
• Fostering collaboration among healthcare team members

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
