Registered Nurse Supervisor - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
• Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
• Responding to residents’ and staff’s questions and requests
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
• Handling confidential information to ensure resident confidence
• Managing documentation of resident care services
• Fostering teamwork among healthcare staff

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• At least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
