Registered Nurse Supervisor (Evenings)

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care and lead nursing staff in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
• Providing support and fostering a compassionate environment for residents and families
• Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean work environment by enforcing regulations
• Protecting resident confidentiality and managing care documentation
• Promoting collaboration among healthcare team members

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Strong leadership and positive team management skills
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare is advantageous.
