About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Argyle, NY to lead and coordinate resident care services.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
• Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
• Responding to resident and staff inquiries with accurate information
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment
• Protecting resident confidentiality and managing care documentation
• Fostering collaboration among healthcare team members

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Strong leadership and positive team management abilities
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
