Registered Nurse Supervisor (Evenings)

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care and staff in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
• Providing compassionate support to residents and families
• Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
• Managing confidential resident information to ensure privacy
• Documenting resident care services accurately
• Fostering cooperation among healthcare team members

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Strong leadership and positive team management abilities
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Relevant experience is advantageous.
