Registered Nurse Supervisor - Cardiology - Full-Time

About the Role

The Supervisor Registered Nurse Clinic oversees daily clinic operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care. They support the Clinic Manager by analyzing, planning, and implementing processes to enhance clinic services, supervise nursing staff, and manage resources to meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient clinic workflow and monitor patient outcomes to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Supervise nursing staff, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Manage staffing, supply ordering, and budget, ensuring compliance with quality control standards.
• Address patient and staff concerns, fostering a positive work environment promoting diversity and teamwork.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, monitor workplace safety, and ensure regulatory compliance, including HIPAA.
• Communicate effectively, uphold confidentiality, and demonstrate strong leadership to motivate staff and increase productivity.

Requirements

• Preferred BSN degree.
• 4-6 years of clinical experience; 2 years in leadership/management.
• RN license in the state or compact; BLS certification required.

Schedule

This is a full-time role involving standard weekday hours.
