Registered Nurse Supervisor - Atrium Outpatient Concierge Care Division
About the role
The Concierge Care Division delivers a high-touch, membership-based ambulatory care model across five clinics in the Greater Charlotte market, providing Concierge Care and Executive Concierge Care services. Care is delivered through a 1:1 physician–RN model with extended appointment times, comprehensive one-day Executive Health Exams, and state-of-the-art technology, all with a strong emphasis on exceptional patient experience and white-glove service.
Responsibilities
- Provides clinical and operational support across all sites, partnering closely with physicians to deliver personalized, relationship-based care and coordinate services, including patient access to wellness resources as a premium perk.
- Delivers safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication.
- Led efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Prior Leadership Experience preferred
- 5 years of RN and ambulatory experience preferred
- B.S.N. required
Qualifications
- RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program.

$44.15 - $66.25
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8-5, traveling to various sites as this role will support multiple practice locations in the Greater Charlotte Market area.
