Role Overview
Position: Registered Nurse in the Structural Heart Team
Location: Nashville, TN
Responsibilities
- Assess, prepare, and position patients for procedures such as TAVRs, MitraClips, and Watchmans
- Perform hemodynamic monitoring and communicate patient conditions to physicians
- Prepare, implement, and document care plans; facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures
- Set up equipment and supplies before, during, and after procedures
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse with licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or multi-state license
- Certification in BLS within 30 days, and ALS within 6 months of hire
- Cath Lab experience required
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure
Skills and Attributes
- Strong assessment, communication, and procedural skills; ability to work in a specialized cardiac team
