Registered Nurse Stroke Coordinator
About the role
Lead clinical program operations by effectively coordinating nursing activities and resources to ensure the highest standards of patient care within the department. Champion clinical excellence by developing, overseeing, and updating nursing programs, policies, and procedures to serve as the go-to expert resource for the nursing team. Design and drive personalized care plans and therapy programs, ensuring every patient receives the precise, high-quality treatment they require. Empower and guide nursing staff through direct supervision and mentorship, fostering a collaborative environment focused on clinical success. Manage critical clinical documentation to ensure seamless communication, strict regulatory compliance, and continuity of care for every patient.

Requirements
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Qualifications
Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing
- Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred

$92,458.08 - $130,536.36 per year
