Registered Nurse - Stepdown (3400) Nights

Position Overview

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality in line with mission, values, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and patient confidentiality.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of direct care staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the applicable state or compact license.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or complete within probation.
• ACLS and BLS certifications, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
