• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality

• Participate in unit-based and organizational committees
• Engage in mentorship and professional development through clinical ladder programs

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• One year of relevant experience preferred
• Completion of a refresher course if licensure has been inactive for five or more years
