About the role

The Registered Nurse plays a vital role as a healthcare team leader by building genuine, personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans aimed at promoting health or ensuring a peaceful death. The nurse applies evidence-based practices and compassionate care to support patients throughout their health journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
• Maintain accountability and authority in the nursing role.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• One year of acute nursing experience.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
