Registered Nurse (Sign-On Bonus Available)

About the role

This Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in the Emergency Department (ED) and focuses on delivering rapid, high-quality care to patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and life-threatening conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients based on acuity and urgency
• Administer emergency treatments and medications
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Assist with emergency procedures and interventions
• Operate and maintain life-support equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and safety measures
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• At least one year of experience in an acute care setting
• ED experience preferred
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Additional facility-specific certifications may be required
