Registered Nurse (Sign-On Bonus)

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, and IV infusions per protocol.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor treatment responses and side effects.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Ensure safety standards and hazardous drug protocols are followed.
• Communicate clinical changes, labs, and diagnostic results to physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
• Provide direct care, perform assessments, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state RN license and BLS certification.
• Oncology Nursing Certification and BSN preferred.
• Experience in oncology or acute care (2+ years) is advantageous.
• Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills.
