Registered Nurse (Sign-On Bonus)

Role: Surgical Services Registered Nurse (RN) providing perioperative care in a collaborative surgical environment. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after surgery. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team to optimize outcomes. Monitor patient status, administer medications, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure regulatory compliance. Supervise OR staff, participate in quality improvement, and support efficient patient flow and documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; minimum one year perioperative experience; CNOR certification preferred; BSN preferred.
