Registered Nurse (RN) - Women's & Children's Float Pool

About the role

This unique opportunity requires flexibility and a commitment to excellence, as the RN will rotate through four specialized areas: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III NICU), and Inpatient Pediatrics. Our Women’s & Children’s services support over 6,500 births annually, and include a Level III NICU and a dedicated Pediatric Care Center.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units
• Ensure safe and optimal outcomes for patients and families
• Thrive on variety and be passionate about maternal and pediatric health

Requirements

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
• At least two years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Women’s and Children’s services areas listed above required
• BLS, NRP, PALS certifications required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required

Qualifications

• Experience: At least two years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Women’s and Children’s services areas listed above required

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

Schedule

12 hour shifts, Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
