Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Supervisor

About the Role

At Lakeside Health & Wellness, our RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring each resident attains or maintains the highest possible level of functioning. This is achieved by providing quality nursing care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. This position is specifically for weekends, with every other weekend required and Baylor Pay included.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations

Requirements

• Unencumbered RN license (Texas or Compact State)
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an RN in a clinical setting preferred
• Supervisory skill set
• Excellent interpersonal skills
