Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor (RN)

About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing resident care, staff scheduling, and fostering a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care needs
• Support residents and families to create a caring environment
• Respond to questions and requests from residents and staff
• Ensure a safe, clean workspace by enforcing regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and manage documentation of care services
• Promote teamwork among healthcare staff

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
