About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to oversee resident care by scheduling and guiding nursing staff, establishing a compassionate environment, and providing support to residents and families.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions from residents, families, and staff
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Manage confidential resident information
- Document resident services and care
- Foster teamwork among healthcare providers
- Ensure high-quality care and staff coordination
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Long-Term Care
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong team leadership abilities
