Responsibilities
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to meet the needs of residents.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
- Communicate respectfully and positively with colleagues and residents.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
