Registered Nurse - RN - Weekend

About the role

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is looking for a full-time weekend Registered Nurse (RN) position. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in both home health and hospice settings, providing a broader clinical experience and the chance to support patients and families throughout their full care journey. Saturday and Sunday shifts are required, but scheduling is flexible beyond those days.

Responsibilities

• Perform visits and coordinate client care
• Serve as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care and oversee the frequency of visits for the episode
• Consult with physicians and the office regarding patient care details
• Perform accurate OASIS collection
• Maintain an up-to-date medication profile
• Ensure lab values are reported to the physician in a timely manner
• Attend weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
