Responsibilities
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
Requirements
- Licenses: Active North Carolina or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
- Education: Associate's degree required, BSN preferred.
- Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
- Experience: One year of experience preferred
- Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Pay
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Grad RNs, up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced RNs with a 2-year commitment for eligible candidates.
Schedule
8hr shifts, Monday-Friday. No weekends or major holidays.
