Schedule

Full time, day shift. Mon–Thurs 8:30am–5pm, Fri 8am–4:30pm, with flexibility to start earlier or stay later depending on clinic needs.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients in preparation for exams and collect specimens promptly
• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during treatments and exams
• Performs general nursing activities, ensuring quality care and efficient patient flow
• Oversees appointment scheduling, prioritizing emergency situations
• Escorts patients to exam rooms within 15 minutes of arrival
• Provides phone triage
• Provides test results to patients, refills prescriptions
• Performs cardiac device interrogations

Requirements

• Associate’s of Nursing graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
• Bachelor’s of Nursing graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Preferred)
• 1+ years professional nursing experience in a physician office (Preferred)
• 5+ years of RN experience in ICU/ER/CCU/Cardiology setting (Preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) (Required)

Pay

$33.60 – $56.52 per hour
