Key Responsibilities
- Supervise unit staff and establish policies and procedures
- Mentor less experienced nurses and provide clinical guidance
- Set care standards and review residents' records and quality of care
- Monitor overall resident care and address questions or complaints from residents and families
- Ensure adequate medical supplies
- Represent the unit to upper management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience
- At least 1 year of unit management experience
- Valid RN license
- Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities
