Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Medicine

What You'll Do

• C Conduct in-depth travel health consultations and educate clients on destination-specific risks
• B Administer vaccines per standing orders and monitor for adverse reactions
• C Recommend and promote travel health products and medications as clinically appropriate
• D Manage clinic setup, inventory, and compliance with safety and documentation protocols
• E Support onsite corporate wellness or vaccine clinic events as needed
• F Complete ongoing travel medicine training - we invest in keeping your clinical knowledge current

What You Need to Succeed

• A Active RN license in good standing
• B 2+ years of clinical nursing experience (travel medicine background a plus, not required)
• C Comfortable working independently - you won't always have backup in the clinic
• D Strong patient communication and education skills
• E Reliable access to a personal computer (training systems require desktop or laptop)
• F Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet)
• G Current First Aid/CPR certification
• H Ability to lift and transport vaccine inventory as needed

Pay Range

$40 per hour

• A Hours are based on client demand, which varies by location and season
• B We create a schedule that offers 6–12 months of consistency, helping provide stability, while recognizing that hours are not guaranteed in some markets
• C To support schedule planning and consistency, we require availability within these scheduling windows, which allows us to provide a clear, forward-looking view of your work schedule
• D We do our best to honor availability, and flexibility (preferred day/time coverage, weekends, or willingness to cover multiple locations) can increase your scheduled hours
• E Peak travel seasons (typically February–August) generally bring higher and more stable volume
