Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Total Joint care, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice; deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care; partner with patients and families; coordinate safe care delivery; support performance improvement and research initiatives; serve as a preceptor or mentor; promote evidence-based practice and participate in data collection; develop protocols; ensure resource efficiency; adhere to organizational policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing; RN license (single or multi-state); BLS certification; less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred; strong critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills; commitment to professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
