Role Overview

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, supporting evidence-based practices and adhering to professional standards and organizational policies. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while fostering relationship-based care tailored to diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document care
• Promote teamwork and collaboration
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor
• Support evidence-based research
• Proactively plan patient care across the continuum
• Contribute to protocol development
• Ensure optimal resource utilization

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred)
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification (including instructor/provisional as needed)
• Less than one year of clinical experience
• Critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards
