About the role

Welcome to Holy Name, a medical center committed to innovation and patient care. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in telemonitoring, you will play a crucial role in the care of patients at home.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and weight daily.
• Work closely with the ordering physician to address any issues or concerns related to the patient.
• Set up and maintain remote monitoring kits for patients.
• Clean remote monitoring kits upon returning them.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants to retrieve patient vitals as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4-6 years of nursing experience.
• An associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school is required.
• A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to troubleshoot computer issues.
• Current RN license and/or compact state licensure upon hire.

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $40.00/hour - $50.00/hour.
