About the role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry to provide direct clinical care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a shift basis.
- Developing and modifying care plans for newly admitted patients.
- Delivering nursing interventions aligned with the medical plan of care.
- Performing specialized procedures and documenting care accurately.
- Coordinating patient care through a multidisciplinary approach.
- Supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe nursing practices.
- Supporting resource management and maintaining clinical staff competency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
- Certification in BLS; ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NRP required within specified timeframes for relevant departments.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
