Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Telemetry to provide direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, and delivering individualized nursing care to assigned patients.Developing and updating patient care plans based on clinical needs.Performing specialized procedures within the telemetry unit.Documenting all nursing interventions accurately and thoroughly.Supervising and delegating tasks to clinical staff to ensure quality care.Coordinating multidisciplinary care to optimize patient outcomes.Supporting leadership to maintain high standards of safe, effective, and appropriate nursing care. Qualifications And Skills Required Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Current RN licensure/permit for the applicable state.BLS certification required at hire; ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NRP certifications required within specified periods for certain departments.Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
