About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry to provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to assigned patients on a shift basis.
- Supervising staff to ensure appropriate delegation and high standards of care.
- Supporting the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining quality, safety, and resource management.
- Coordinating patient care within medical protocols and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Fulfilling hospital incident command system roles during emergencies, understanding emergency codes, and adhering to policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse in the state.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
