Registered Nurse (RN) Team Lead

Roles And Responsibilities

• Demonstrates: time management, critical thinking, delegation and prioritization
• Assessment, monitoring, recording and reporting changes in patient's conditions
• Advocates for patients, practices ethically and professionally within their scope
• Maintains clinical competency specific to their care areas including organization-required education within stated timeframe
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team
• Documents appropriately and thoroughly in EMR
• Promotes Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) and best practices related to patient care
• Participates in unit councils and staff meetings

Required Skills And Experience

• Graduate of Registered Nursing Program
• Current NYS RN licensure

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Prior patient care and customer service experience

Physical Requirements

• May required lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• May require sitting or standing for long periods
• Must be able to physically operate the equipment required for the job

Pay Range Disclosure

$41.90 to 49.50 per hour
