Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PAs and Nurse Practitioners to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Manage diverse patient populations and support advanced spine care programs
- Contribute to achieving optimal outcomes through evidence-based practices and specialized post-op management
- Provide patient-centered nursing care and monitor post-operative recovery
- Support patients with spinal and joint disorders
- Adapt to various shift schedules, including nights and weekends, with flexibility for different shift lengths
Requirements
- BSN required or commitment to obtain within three years
- 1-2 years med/surgical experience preferred
- BLS certification essential
