About the role

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized clinical care using evidence-based practices.
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and foster strong partnerships with patients and families.
  • Promote safe, quality care through documentation, teamwork, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support professional development by mentoring colleagues and serving as a preceptor.
  • Advocate for evidence-based practice and research, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and safety goals.
  • Contribute to protocol development and resource management across the continuum of care.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact).
  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and others as specified.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Proficiency in Epic and 3M preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
