Responsibilities
- Supervising a designated unit
- Establishing and implementing policies
- Mentoring less experienced nurses
- Maintaining care standards
- Reviewing resident records
- Addressing resident and family questions
- Representing the unit to management
Requirements
- Valid NYS RN License
- Long-term care experience (preferred)
- Charge nurse experience (preferred)
- Strong computer skills
- Positive leadership attitude
