About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Shenango on the Green is responsible for monitoring and providing quality care and services to residents throughout an entire shift. This position assumes responsibility for healthcare delivery and oversees the work of both professional and non-professional employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality care and services for residents

• Provide shift responsibility for care throughout the facility

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse School of Nursing
• One year of licensed supervisory experience in acute or long-term care, or one year of Registered Nurse experience in acute or long-term care, or 6 months of internal experience in a licensed role
• Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license, in good standing, issued by the State of Pennsylvania
• Maintain CPR certification per policy
• Knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, Medical Records, and Word Processing software

Pay

$38.34-$42.00/hour - Depending on experience
