Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Skilled Nursing

Compensation

• $38-$40/Hour
• PLUS additional shift differentials available

Status/Shift

• PRN
• Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
• Active CPR required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Perform resident assessments
• Participate in daily resident rounding
• Provide supervision to nursing team
• Auxiliary with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents
