About the role
Compensation ranges from $44.00/hour to $46.00/hour, based upon experience, plus additional shift differentials and clinical premiums for experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Perform resident assessments.
- Participate in daily resident rounding.
- Provide supervision to nursing team.
- Auxiliary in the insertion and maintenance of IV therapies for residents.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- Active CPR required.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
Qualifications
