The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is a Licensed Registered Nurse whose function is to monitor and provide quality care and services to residents for an entire shift. This individual assumes responsibility for healthcare delivery and supervises and oversees the work of professional and non-professional employees throughout the facility. The Supervisor has shift responsibility for the provision of care throughout the facility.
Schedule
Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt: 6 AM - 6:30 PM, Saturdays and Sundays
Pay
Premium Program Rate: $45.00/hour + $3,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements
- Graduate of approved Registered Nurse School of Nursing
- One year of licensed supervisory experience in acute or long-term care, or one-year Registered Nurse experience in acute or long-term care, or 6 months internal experience in a licensed role
- Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license, in good standing, issued by the State of Pennsylvania
