About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at The Willows, a 189-bed skilled nursing community, plays a crucial role in monitoring and providing quality care to residents. This position involves assuming responsibility for healthcare delivery and overseeing the work of both professional and non-professional employees throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
- Assure compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies.
- Monitor and evaluate resident care to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide direct patient care as needed.
- Train and mentor new staff members.
- Document resident care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse School of Nursing.
- One year of licensed supervisory experience in acute or long-term care, or one-year Registered Nurse experience in acute or long-term care, or six months internal experience in a licensed role.
- Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license, in good standing, issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
- Knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, Medical Records, and Word Processing software.

Pay
Premium Program Rate: $45.00/hour + $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule
7 AM - 7:30 PM, Saturdays and Sundays.
