We are seeking a RN Double Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing operations in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Key Responsibilities Coordinate weekend staffing and guide clinical teams to deliver quality resident care.Oversee resident assessments and develop care plans.Ensure timely documentation and adherence to safe medication practices.Respond to changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members.Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications And Skills Current Texas RN license.Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, team-focused approach.Prior long-term care or supervisory experience preferred.
