Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Skilled Nursing

Pay

Compensation from $42.00 - $46.00/hour (based upon experience), plus PRN, part-time, and clinical experience differentials, as well as shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Schedule

• Full Time: 7:00am–7:30pm
• Part Time: Day shift
• Full Time: Evening shift
• Full Time: 3:00pm–3:30am
• Full Time: Night shift
• Rotating weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure required
• Active CPR certification required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Perform resident assessments
• Participate in daily resident rounding
• Provide supervision to nursing staff
• Assist with insertion and maintenance of IV therapies for residents
