Compensation from $38–$40/hour, plus additional shift differentials and clinical premiums for experience.

Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
- Active CPR certification required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- One year of experience working in geriatric or long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Perform resident assessments
- Participate in daily resident rounding
- Provide supervision to nursing team
- Assist with insertion and maintenance of IV therapies for residents
