Responsibilities

• Providing clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during your assigned shift.
• Ensuring residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.
• Collaborating with nursing administration and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supporting nursing staff with clinical needs, resident concerns, and day-to-day operations.
• Promoting a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Current, active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Long-term care or supervisory experience preferred.

Skills

Schedule

• Work 3 Days. Enjoy 4 Days Off.
• 3 Days On, 4 Days Off: Full-time hours in just three 12-hour shifts per week!
