Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

AristaCare is seeking an RN Supervisor responsible for the day‑to‑day nursing activities of the facility. Supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and may be directed by the Director of Nursing Services to ensure the highest degree of quality care at all times. The Nurse Supervisor is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Maintain and promote the highest quality of patient care throughout the facility.
• Execute administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability as required by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Coordinate with other staff to support rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Requirements

• Minimum: Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduation from an approved RN program.
• Active, unencumbered RN license for the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long‑term care facility, or related health‑care setting.
• Minimum 12 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Schedule

Weekend or every other weekend, 7 AM – 7 PM.
