About the role
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff during Evening or Overnight shifts in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning resident care responsibilities
- Providing support to residents and families to foster a compassionate environment
- Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- Monitoring confidential information to promote resident confidence
- Documenting resident care services accurately
- Fostering cooperative relationships among healthcare teams
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with EHR and e-prescribing systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
