Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
• Oversight of the facility operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• A valid New York State Registered Nurse license.
• An advanced degree or certification is preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• An interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill, with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay

Up to USD $110,000.00/Yr.

Schedule

Evenings 3 PM to 11 PM Monday through Friday, NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED!
